Who We Are
MSP Assistant was founded by Jeremy Kurtz, a Navy veteran and IT executive with over 25 years of experience designing and leading strategic technology operations for organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to municipalities and nonprofits.
Jeremy has served in senior leadership roles — including Director of Service & CTO for multi-million-dollar MSPs — where he built security operations practices, led global IT teams, and advised clients as a vCIO and vCTO. His hands-on leadership has spanned everything from data center consolidations and cybersecurity compliance (PCI, SOX, HIPAA) to mergers and acquisitions and disaster recovery planning.
